I am behind, but being a TEAM is something I think everyone should experience.
A team takes everyone in it to complete and get things done. Being a Lady Piper is one of the best things I've probably done. I think trying for your 100% for everyone does boost a team. Being part of one, I've gotten more discipline, I'm not as lazy, my attitude is better and a lot of things!!
When being in a team you get some fun experiences. Being with the great people you are with everyday gives you a trust towards your teammates. In a team you need to put in all your effort otherwise people might not want you in the team, lol. But anyways, giving effort is giving all you have contributing to the team, as in coming to all practices and putting every sport to the highest expectation of what you know you can do. Accountability is being responsible. Be responsible for your actions and EVERYONE on the teams too. You see someone not doing the right thing or they can't finish, want to quit try giving them motivation to do so!
Before in elementary I didn't know people and I got stereotypical and I couldn't talk to people. Being in a team is healthy. I've become more happy and motivated to do things. ⚘
